Mercury Technologies are industrial refrigeration specialists with worldwide experience in the Americas, Europe and Africa.

Key team members

Mark Roxburgh – Director. A degreed mechanical engineer since the early 80’s Mark has worked worldwide as a design engineer and engineering manager in the industrial cooling and risk management industries. Before setting up Mercury Technologies in 2000, he worked with clients as diverse as Shell Oil, Coca Cola, Kraft Foods, Bayer and Nestle in the Americas and Europe. These projects and many others in the food, pharmaceutical and petrochemical industry provided an understanding and knowledge base that proved invaluable in the growth of Mercury Technologies. Since then, experience has grown to include other large multi-nationals, smaller local processors and government agencies, again in the Americas, Europe and Africa.

Maria Jardine – Maria’s expertise lies in health and safety, which provides invaluable contribution to the safety management work we carry out. Working closely with clients' human resources, health and safety and training staff, Maria coordinates the assessment and upgrade of safety procedures and practices.
