Mercury Technologies worked site and contractor personnel in carrying out an ammonia hazard analysis, a DSEAR risk assessment and an offsite consequence analysis. Ammonia was new to the site and Mercury also provided guidance to the client in the management of the associated risks.

Prior to commissioning, Mercury Technologies worked closely with the client and the contractor in undertaking an ammonia hazard analysis, a DSEAR risk assessment and an offsite consequence analysis. The outcomes drove some minor modifications to the hardware and the commissioning and emergency procedures were revised to reflect other issues that arose during the processes.
